About the role

Lead legal due diligence for residential + commercial land acquisitions across Telangana. Review titles, draft sale agreements, manage RERA filings, and represent the company in arbitrations.

Responsibilities

Review 8-12 land deals per quarter
Draft + negotiate sale agreements, JDAs, JV contracts
Manage RERA registrations + quarterly disclosures
Coordinate with external counsel on litigation
Train internal team on compliance

Requirements

LLB / LLM with Bar Council enrollment
4+ years real estate / land law experience
Strong Telangana title chain expertise
RERA filing experience
Litigation exposure preferred
