HR Business Partner for Hyderabad operations supporting 250+ employees across sales, marketing, projects, and admin functions. Own talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Drive talent acquisition (60-80 hires/year)
• Run annual performance review cycles
• Manage payroll + employee benefits
• Plan + execute engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations + grievances

• MBA HR or equivalent
• 4+ years HRBP experience (real estate / construction preferred)
• Familiarity with payroll software (greytHR, Zoho People)
• Strong communication + interpersonal skills
• POSH compliance knowledge
