Field Sales Executive — Builder Channel

Field-based role driving site visits + conversions for Aparna's upcoming townships in Tellapur, Bachupally, and Pocharam. Handle walk-in customers, run site walks, and close bookings.

• Conduct 15-20 site walks per week
• Convert site visits to bookings (target: 12% conversion)
• Maintain CRM updates after each interaction
• Attend exhibitions + property melas
• Coordinate with channel partners

• 1+ years field sales (real estate, automotive, or insurance)
• Own two-wheeler with valid license
• Fluent in Telugu + English
• Comfortable working weekends (off on Tuesday)
• Polished personal presentation
