About the role

Manage end-to-end accounts + finance for a residential project portfolio of 800+ units. Handle GST filings, TDS compliance, vendor payments, and monthly closing.

Responsibilities

Monthly GST + TDS filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 26Q, 26QB)
Monthly closing of project accounts within 5 working days
Liaise with statutory auditors
Manage 2 junior accountants
Vendor payment cycles + reconciliations

Requirements

CA or CA Intermediate / CMA
5+ years in real estate / construction accounts
Strong GST + TDS expertise
Tally / Zoho Books / SAP proficiency
Experience with RERA compliance reporting
